Valencia informal get together

Hey all,
while our mailing list and group keep growing, I would like to propose an informal get-together on the KubeCon+CloudNativeCon Valencia. Unluckily due to the less time between the WG approval and the conference we couldn't get a room or anything else for us. Therefore, I would like to propose either meeting on Thursday during one of the coffee breaks maybe right after the Keynotes, or even better during the Lunch break. This gives us time to get around the conference space and identify a good spot to meet. What do you think? Best Max

How about lunch break, Thursday, in person meet and greet? No agenda. Where for Thursday lunch? I can't make it in person, so will send a couple of other interested folks. Then follow up with a formal meeting as soon as enough people have filled out the doodle and make that the official first meeting? The likelihood of finding time for an online time this week is about nil and this is a rare opportunity for members to meet others in person.

Hello all,
We would like to meet you all at Pavilion 1 - in between the lunch area and Juice Bar. There are also a couple of plants standing, so a pretty perfect environment.
Let’s meet there at 1pm. Ideally you picked up your lunch boxes already. And from there we will find a place for us.

Missed y'all for the Thursday mini get together – I was at the Helm and Flux booths most of the time when not presenting, so got to see some of you.
Would someone who was there be willing to do a short summary for this list of what was discussed, who was present, etc? It was informal, but there may be valuable things that came up which we could all follow up on together, and wouldn't want to loose track of them :-) xo, Scott

It was great to meet all a bunch of you at Kubecon! There were some great conversations around green datacenters, recycling servers, and exploring new ways to invigorate engineers to think more green with the resources they are using. I am looking forward to continuing these conversations with the wider group!
