The next election cycle for the Technical Oversight Committee is now open.

The four seats open for nomination are from the Governing Board (3),
and the End User Community (1).

Nominations are now open for the two Selecting Groups.

We will be publishing the list of qualified nominees at the end of the
qualification process.

Nominations:

The End User Community will nominate from their community through a
form sent to that group only.

The Governing Board has the same process as the End User Community,
both forms are private to their groups.

Each individual person in those groups can nominate two people, but
only one can be from their company.

Timeline:
January 2: Nomination period opens at 12pm (noon) Pacific *we are here*
January 10: Nominations close - 12pm (noon) Pacific
January 10: Qualification period opens, 12pm (noon) Pacific
January 24: Qualification period closes, 12pm (noon) Pacific
January 24: Ballots are sent, Voting occurs by a time-limited
Condorcet-IRV ranking in CIVS
January 31: Election closes, 12pm (noon) Pacific, results announced
Feb 1st: New TOC is seated!
