Here's the recording from today's meeting, it will eventually live/trimmed down on the CNCF Youtube channel but we're dealing with some issues there: https://goo.gl/PJPRNj As a quick summary, we formally invited Notary/TUF, rook and Vitess to submit project proposals that will be voted upon by the TOC on a future date.
