Thanks everyone for a productive call! To summarise the main actions: 

* The project now known as Artifact Hub will henceforth act like a normal community project, and go through the normal Sandbox submission process

* Matt Farina will work with the end user group to get input on requirements

* Brendan’s taking the lead with the Operator Framework incubation submission. It would be helpful if Operator Hub were to be split out into a separate project (potentially for sandbox) so that the adoption of other parts of the OF project isn’t necessarily tied to Operator Hub.
