[VOTE] CloudEvents moving to incubation
CloudEvents (CE) has requested to move to the incubation maturity level:
https://github.com/cncf/toc/pull/297
The project was initially developed as a result of the CNCF Serverless WGs investigation

Re: Jaeger graduation due diligence
Hi folks,
I think the comments have petered out so I would like to formally call for a graduation vote for Jaeger. I believe @Amye Scavarda Perrin will kick it off tomorrow.
Thanks,
Matt

Ticketmaster is an enterprise. So is Uber but they are the parent Co.
Weaveworks is not an enterprise, it is a small isv.
Has jaeger found much traction among, say, non members of CNCF?
My worry
