Working in an international environment we always use UTC for any kind of coordination, and most is aware of their own current offset and can convert easily

If this is on Google Calendar does it even matter since it uses user TZ and translates? UTC isn’t a choice on gcal, you are forced to pick some timezone even if it’s GMT+0.

I imported the calendar into both my work and private calendars, but
didn't even consider the case of looking at it on its website. This is
also a very valid point.
