[cncf-marketing] OSCON Open Container Day OCI/CNCF Panel
Sarah Saul <ssaul@...>
FYI on Open Container Day. Would anyone from the TOC be able to attend this event and be willing to participate as a panelist? Diane is looking for someone by Monday so we'll need to move quickly. Thanks, Sarah ---------- Forwarded message ---------- From: Diane Mueller-Klingspor via cncf-marketing <cncf-marketing@...> Date: Fri, Mar 25, 2016 at 10:14 AM Subject: [cncf-marketing] OSCON Open Container Day OCI/CNCF Panel To: cncf-marketing@..., Douglas Nassaur <dn283x@...>, Chris Aniszczyk <caniszczyk@...> All, I'm organizing a panel for OSCON's Open Container Day and would like to have 1-2 CNCF TOC reps on the panel along with 1-2 reps from OCI. Chris Anisczyk has offered himself up already. I'd like to have a TOC rep as well. Can you all help me reach out to the TOC members to see who from the list below is coming to OSCON and willing to be a panelist? I haven't the emails for most of these folks and I'm not on the TOC's mailing list. The event is in Austin May 17th. Alexis R has already said, he not planning on coming to OSCON Here's the list:

Hey Everyone,
In the meeting yesterday we discussed the hardware cluster donated by Intel. I believe there is a meeting next week that is focused on this topic. Can you share the details of that meeting? If the information is not public then feel free to email me directly. Thanks, Dusty

I recommend owning Google group admin too. It can be hard to admin a group when the existing admin vanishes.

Sarah, for the social channels / github / domains we should have the LF accounts on those. We can connect you off-list to the right people.

Re: [RESULT] Kubernetes Vote by TOC
Sarah Novotny <sarahnovotny@...>
Ok... that's a very different scope than asset transfer. Most of those are simply adding additional admins or access and some (such as Google Groups) have distributed control in the community as opposed to any direct Google control. Who is getting added for these? They all require individuals to be given access. Twitter - @kubernetesio YouTube - Kubernetes Channel G+ - Kubernetes Page Blogger - blog.kubernetes.io Github Administration - github.com/kubernetes I'll chase these as part of the Copyright and Work Product transfer. Contributor List and copies of the CLAs Domains - kubernetes.io and k8s.io These don't feel like asset transfers because they're equally or more community controlled Google Groups -- numerous most have 1 community leader and 1 google employee as owners Meetup Groups -- numerous and most are lead from the community.

All social media. Any WordPress accounts, blogs etc that are relevant Websites and domain administration rights Admin for github groups Google Groups admin Copyright and trademarks transfer List of contributors & database of CLAs if possible I'd think all of the above might be considered! Apologies for poor formatting. Am using phone email.....

given the website is generated from the github.com/kubernetes organization, I think that the domains are the only outstanding thing to chase. I'll find with whom they're registered and send a list.

The assets being transferred are the Kubernetes organization and all associated repositories "The Work" in the transfer agreement and the attached trademark registrations and applications. Please let me know if you have any further questions. sarah
