TOC,

Vote: TAG Contributor Strategy would like to propose Catherine Paganini
to be our third co-chair.

We would like to nominate Catherine Paganini to be the third co-chair of
TAG Contributor Strategy. Since joining the TAG over a year and a half
ago, Catherine has been a relentless promoter of our work, driving
outreach to maintainers and contributors to make them aware of the
resources available. You may remember her keynoting at KubeCon Valencia.

Catherine's deep marketing background in the cloud native space nicely
rounds out the leadership team for TAG Contributor Strategy.

Catherine is responsible for portions of our Contributor Growth guide,
and leads community for the Linkerd project. She is also co-chair of the
CNCF Business Value Subcommittee, maintainer of the Cloud Native
Glossary, and contributor to the CNCF Landscape Guide.
