There's no intention in turning away anyone but if this has impact, I'd advise working with your developer reps on improving the policy or adding clarity.

Can we get a clarification on "Real Names", please?  That could resolve
this.  I'm sure other LF projects aren't turning away trans contributors
... is there language they use?
