Currently the "CNCF Public Events" calendar is in PT. As summer/winter
times move at different dates for US/EMEA, not at all for much of APAC
and in the other direction for Australia, this is even more painful
than "normal" daylight savings sheeningangs.

As such, I would like to propose that the calendar is migrated from PT
to UTC which does not have DST.
