Here is a link to a draft proposal to add two new governing board seats to committers from CNCF-hosted projects. I've reviewed with Alexis and several other TOC members but would now like to get everyone's opinion.
Technically, only the GB can modify the charter to add these seats. However, I'd like to get rough consensus from the TOC that they think this change makes sense. In particular, if you don't agree, please speak up. And if you have any improvements in process or wording, please make them on the document directly.
