Is the CNCF trying to create a path for TOC Contributors to grow into the TOC? I think its a good thing when folks who are consistently showing up and doing the work are rewarded for it. If we want TOC contributors to stick around, might I suggest that we think carefully about how we make sure they are not squeezed out come election time by new candidates showing up at the 11th hour?
