Hi,

Congrats to all the folks on the brand-new TOC! :) I spotted a few concerns in the community around the TOC election and wanted to see if anyone had thoughts about them. 

One was around diversity and the other one was the electorate that gets to vote in the TOC election. Please see examples [1][2][3][4].
