Thanks everyone who responded, we had 100% project coverage the second time around which is great and had a small increase in the overall satisfaction from 4.18 H1 -> 4.20 H2. The biggest take aways for me from the survey were that maintainers love the events team, appreciate tech writing help and the response time for service requests.

The action items I have are around more help with docs/writers, project / end user specific events and more reminders to folks about what services are available via https://github.com/cncf/servicedesk

Also in January, we will be collating a lot of this data into an expanded annual report including project/maintainer data, you can see our 2017 annual report here as an example: https://www.cncf.io/blog/2018/04/11/cncf-annual-report/

We will also be kicking off the next maintainer survey early next year after the holidays and upcoming KubeCon and CloudNativeCon conferences. We will also cover these results in an upcoming TOC meeting.
