If we changed the order of the projects, all the remaining submissions would be corrupted, due to a limitation of the tool we are using. 
 
FWIW, the over promotion of sandbox projects was raised at the GB meeting as well and I share the concern about the current format.

CNCF staff has gotten clear feedback from both the TOC and the GB to minimize the marketing of the sandbox projects. We will change the format of this form for future events, but can't do so in the remaining 48 hours the CFP is open.
