We started to work on best practices for air-gapped environments as there was a lot of interest during the last KubeCon. Jeremy already present work on CNAB and air-gapped deployments.
In order to move this forward we need to get a critical mass of people involved to make progress. If you are interested in working on this topic please reply back so we can get a team together
to kick off planning deliverables and next steps.

I am interested in app deliver in air-gapped environments for a number of reasons. Please count me in.
The most recent "version" of conversation i followed is the SIG call from december 4th ( https://youtu.be/AJ6MNcN-sH8) right? Or is there anything newer to this? I've been lurking around CNAB and app-deliver SIGs for some time now. Best to show up and some point, right?

Yep this is an area we have done work in too. For example I
co-presented a talk on air gapped GitOps with Chick fil A at Kubecon
in Seattle (2018). It is amazing what can be achieved with simple
techniques.

I'm currently working on this very topic at my company, where we use K8s as an implementation detail to deploy several of our applications (object storage) at customer sites, most often air-gapped. Looking forward to working with you all,
