RC1 of Strimzi Kafka Bridge 0.21.6

Release Candidate 1 of Strimzi Kafka Bridge the 0.21.6 is now available for testing. The main changes since 0.21.5 are:
* Add async query parameter to publish endpoint to allow for immediate responses
* Dependency updates
* Documentation improvements
